Conceived by Fontainebleau Development, creators of the iconic Fontainebleau Miami, the company’s first western expansion will bring a diverse range of world class dining experiences – from upscale experiences to casual poolside fare – to the flourishing north end of the Strip. Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ food and beverage concepts will span more than 188,000 square feet throughout multiple locations within the property.
