Originaire d’Angers, en France, et né en 1988, j’ai commencé mon apprentissage en restauration à 15 ans, explorant divers styles comme le street food, les restaurants Michelin, et la cuisine privée. Après des expériences enrichissantes au Danemark et en tant que corporate executive chef en Inde, je poursuis depuis cinq ans mon aventure culinaire aux États-Unis comme Executive kitchen chef pour le Groupe Ladurée et récemment avec 111 Hospitality.
Originally from Angers, France, and born in 1988, I began my culinary apprenticeship at the age of 15, exploring various styles such as street food, Michelin-starred restaurants, and private dining. After gaining enriching experiences in Denmark and working as a corporate executive chef in India, I have been continuing my culinary journey in the United States for the past five years as an Executive Kitchen Chef for the Ladurée Group and, more recently, with 111 Hospitality.
