Né à Angers, en France, Alexandre Seince a commencé son parcours culinaire à l’âge de 15 ans, en réalisant un apprentissage de quatre ans dans la restauration. À 19 ans, il part explorer toutes les facettes de l’hôtellerie-restauration — des hôtels et de la restauration rapide à la gastronomie et aux services de chef privé — développant ainsi une expertise complète et unique.Avec plus de 22 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie de l’hospitalité, Alexandre a travaillé en France, au Danemark, en Inde et aux États-Unis. Pendant plus de 10 ans, il a occupé des postes de direction en tant que Chef et Directeur des Opérations, gérant des entreprises multi-sites et dirigeant des équipes hautement performantes.
Born in Angers, France, Alexandre Seince began his culinary journey at the age of 15, completing a four-year apprenticeship in the restaurant industry. By 19, he set out to explore all facets of hospitality from hotels and fast food to fine dining and private chef experiences building a comprehensive and unique expertise.With over 22 years in the hospitality industry, Alexandre has worked in France, Denmark, India, and the United States. For more than 10 years, he has held executive roles as Chef and Director of Operations, managing multi-location businesses and leading high-performing teams
