At the heart of Montauban, DUO is an intimate gastronomic restaurant with just fifteen seats, created and run by Thierry Pszonka, Maître Cuisinier de France, and Ludivine Lelarge, his partner and companion in this culinary adventure.There is no fixed menu at DUO. Instead, the restaurant offers surprise menus, created according to the seasons, daily arrivals and the inspiration of the moment.
